AI training for teams

AI training for teams in Essex and London.

You are paying for AI tools. Get your team using them.

Hands-on sessions built around your people's actual jobs, so the licences you pay for turn into work done. Delivered in your office across London, Essex and the South East. Priced per session, not per person. Travel included UK wide.

Why training

Why AI training beats handing out licences.

Most teams get an AI tool the same way. A licence is switched on, an email goes round and people are left to work it out. A few do. Most try it twice and go back to how they worked before. For the business, that is a recurring cost with nothing to show for it.

What works is showing each person what it does for their job, on their own work, with someone in the room to answer questions.

  • Built around real roles. A recruiter's session is not an accountant's session.
  • Hands-on, using the tools and documents your team already works with.
  • Covers day to day admin as well as content: posts, proposals, reports and client updates.
  • Clear rules on what is safe to put into an AI tool and what is not.
  • A written follow-up so the session turns into habit.

Whatever you use

We train on whichever AI tools you use.

We do not sell licences. If you have not chosen a tool yet, we help you pick one before anyone is trained on it.

  • ChatGPT
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Google Gemini
  • Claude
  • Whatever your team uses

One example: a team on Microsoft 365

If your team works in Microsoft 365 and has Copilot, a session covers what it does inside the apps they already have open. The same approach applies to ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.

Outlook

  • Draft replies from bullet points
  • Summarise long email threads
  • Write the difficult emails

Teams

  • Meeting summaries with actions and owners
  • Catch up on missed conversations
  • Search across your Teams content

Word

  • Draft documents from notes
  • Summarise long documents
  • Ask questions of a document

Excel

  • Formulas from plain English
  • Explain what a spreadsheet does
  • Spot trends and outliers

Another example: a team that produces content

Marketing, sales and client teams spend much of the week writing. A session for them covers getting usable first drafts in the company's own voice, using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or whichever tool you have.

Marketing and social

  • Posts and captions in your brand voice
  • Blog and newsletter drafts from a brief
  • A month of content ideas in one sitting

Sales and proposals

  • Proposals and pitch documents from notes
  • Follow-up emails that sound like you
  • Case study drafts from project notes

Repurposing

  • One article into posts, emails and scripts
  • Long reports into a client summary
  • Meeting recordings into written updates

Images and review

  • Images and mock-ups for campaigns
  • Editing for tone, length and clarity
  • What to check before anything goes out

Pricing

AI training prices, per session not per person.

Per person pricing makes businesses ration who attends. We charge for the session. A programme across several teams is quoted once we know how many. Travel is included anywhere in the UK. All prices exclude VAT.

  • Team Session

One session for one team, built around their roles and the tools they already have.

    £1,450
  • Training Programme

A run of sessions across the business, so every team is trained on its own work.

    Quoted by number of teams
  • Refresher Session

A return session for a team we have already trained. New features, new habits, the questions that came up since.

    For existing clients

Not sure training is the right first step? The AI Opportunity Review is £495 and tells you where AI pays before you train anyone.

How a session works

How an AI training session works.

  1. Discovery call

Free, 30 minutes. We find out what your team does, what tools they have and what you want to change.

  2. Preparation

A short questionnaire goes to the team. We build the session around their roles and their real tasks.

  3. The session

In your office. Live demonstrations on your tools, then hands-on work. Questions answered as they come up.

  4. Follow-up

A written follow-up with what each role should do differently from the next working day.

After training

Most teams stop here.

A good session and a follow-up is all most teams need.

If leadership later wants a plan or a policy, that is our consulting work. If the team finds a job the tools cannot do, we also build custom systems. Both are separate services. We only raise them if you do.

AI training questions

Do we need AI licences before we book?

No. If you already have a tool, we train on it. If you do not, we help you choose one first so nobody is trained on something you will not keep.

Which tools do you train on?

ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude or whatever your team uses. The session is built around your tools, not ours.

How many people can attend?

Training is priced per session, not per person, so you can bring the whole team. We agree a sensible group size for the room on the discovery call.

Do you deliver AI training in Essex and London?

Yes. We are based in Bishop's Stortford and deliver in person across Essex, London, Hertfordshire and the South East, including Chelmsford, Colchester, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend, Harlow and Romford.

Is travel really included?

Yes. Anywhere in the UK, at the price shown.

What do we need on the day?

A room, a screen and a laptop for each person taking part. We bring everything else.

Is our data safe in these tools?

It depends on the tool and the plan you are on. Every session covers what is safe to put in and what is not. If you need formal rules, that is the AI Policy and Governance work.

Start with a 30-minute call.

It is free. You talk us through the business and we tell you where we would look first. Sometimes the answer is that it is too early.
