AI consulting and executive training

AI consulting for owners, partners and directors.

Decide where AI fits before you spend on it.

For owners, partners and directors across London, Essex and the South East. Training for the people who sign off the spend, a clear view of where the business stands on AI and the rules your staff need to use it safely.

Why start at the top

Staff are already using AI. The question is whether anyone decided how.

In most firms AI arrives from the bottom. Someone pastes a client document into a free tool. Someone else buys a licence on a company card. Leadership finds out later.

None of that is a disaster. But money is being spent with no plan. Client data is moving with no rules.

This work gives leadership a clear picture first, then a plan, then the rules.

Executive training

Executive AI training for the people who sign things off.

A session for owners, partners and directors, built around the decisions you will be asked to make.

Your staff need to know how to use AI. You need to know what to approve, what to refuse and what to ask. We run that as its own session.

  • What AI is good at in a business like yours. Where it fails.
  • What it should cost and how to tell whether it paid.
  • How to read a vendor pitch and which questions expose a weak one.
  • Where the risk sits: client data, confidentiality and your regulator.
  • Hands-on time with the tools, using your own material.

Run on its own, or as part of a Leadership AI Review. Quoted to fit your leadership team.

Three fixed engagements

AI consulting prices.

Each can be bought on its own. Policy work is quoted, because the scope depends on how regulated you are. All prices exclude VAT.

AI Opportunity Review

Where AI pays in this business, what it is worth and what to do first. Works whether or not you already spend on AI. The right start for most firms.

£495

Leadership AI Review

Where the business stands today. What you pay for and what gets used. Where the risk sits. Where the return is and what to go after first. Your leadership team is briefed directly and leaves with a written plan.

£2,250

AI Policy and Governance

A working AI policy your staff can follow and your clients can read. Which tools are approved. What data can go where. Who signs off on what. Written for your business, not copied from a template. It is operational policy rather than legal advice. We write it so your solicitor or compliance lead can review it quickly.

Quoted to fit your business

What a review grows into

Ongoing monthly AI consulting.

A review ends with a plan. Some businesses carry it out on their own. Others want the person who wrote it on hand while it happens: decisions checked, vendors challenged, staff questions answered. We offer monthly consulting for that. How much time it takes depends on the business, so we agree it with you after the review. It is not where we start.

Which review?

Two reviews, two different jobs.

AI Opportunity Review, £495

It tells you where AI pays in this business and what to do first. The right start for most firms.

Leadership AI Review, £2,250

Goes wider. Spend, usage, risk, skills and priorities across the business, with leadership briefed directly. Right when AI is already in use and nobody owns it.

How it works

How an AI consulting engagement runs.

No generic strategy deck. We talk to the people doing the work, not only the people managing it. That is where the real opportunities and the real blockers are.

  1. A free conversation

We want to understand the business before we say anything about AI.

  2. We look around

What is being paid for, what is being used and what people are doing on their own.

  3. We tell you what we found

Plain recommendations, in priority order. Including when the answer is simpler or cheaper than you expected.

  4. We help you act on it

If a tool you already own does the job, we say so. If you want help with training or a build afterwards, those are separate services.

AI consulting questions

How is this different from the AI Opportunity Review?

The Opportunity Review tells you where AI pays and what comes first. The Leadership AI Review goes wider, covering spend, usage, risk, skills and priorities, with your leadership team briefed directly.

Do we need a policy before we train staff?

Not always. For many firms a short set of rules inside the training is enough to begin with. If you handle sensitive client data, or clients are asking how you use AI, do the policy first.

Will you recommend tools you earn from?

No. We do not sell licences and we are not tied to any vendor.

Is the AI policy legal advice?

No. It is an operational policy: which tools, what data, who signs off. We are not solicitors. If you are regulated, or the policy touches personal data in a serious way, have your solicitor or compliance lead review it. We write it to make that review quick.

Do you offer ongoing monthly consulting?

Yes. It follows a review. We agree the amount of time with you once we know the business. It is not something we sell on day one.

Start with a 30-minute call.

It is free. You talk us through the business and we tell you where we would look first. Sometimes the answer is that it is too early.
