LogicRoad is an independent AI consultancy based in Bishop's Stortford, on the Essex and Hertfordshire border, working with businesses across London, Essex and the South East. We review, we train and we build. Whoever you talk to, on the first call or six months in, is someone who does that work day to day.
How we are set up
The person who sells the work is the person who does it.
In most consultancies, one person sells the work and someone else delivers it. You explain the problem on the first call, then explain it again to whoever turns up to do the work. Something always gets lost on the way.
Here, the person who listens to the problem is the person who solves it. If we run your training, we prepared it. If we build your system, we wrote the code and we answer the phone when it needs changing.
That only works if we limit how many clients we take on at once. So we do. You get a clear start date on the first call.

We do not sell licences. We work with whatever tools fit the business.
Fixed prices
Starting prices are on this site. Larger work is quoted once, as a fixed price, before it starts.
We will tell you when not to buy
If AI is not worth your money yet, or a tool you already own does the job, we say so.
What we do
AI training, consulting and development.
We work out where AI pays in a business. We train the people who will use it. We build the parts that do not exist off the shelf and keep them running afterwards.
Most of our work is with professional services firms of 5 to 50 staff: recruitment, legal, accountancy, marketing agencies, HR consultancies, financial services and property.
We deliver in person across London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and the rest of the South East. Bishop's Stortford puts us 40 minutes from Liverpool Street and close to Stansted, so most of the region is a straightforward morning. Anywhere else in the UK is fine too, with travel included.
