LogicRoad is a UK-based AI consultancy operated by Adam Bell. This page explains how we handle your personal data.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, business email, company, phone number, and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to work with you as a client. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

How we store it

Submissions are stored securely and may be kept in email. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If nothing comes of your enquiry, we delete your data within 12 months. If we work together, we keep records for 6 years after the engagement ends, in line with UK business requirements.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It is switched off by default and only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your cookie choice at any time. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so browsing the site doesn't share your IP address with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@logicroad.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
