LogicRoad is a UK-based AI consultancy. This page explains how we handle your personal data.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, business email, company, phone number and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to work with you as a client. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

How we store it

Form submissions are held securely by our website host (Netlify) and in our email (Zoho). Booked calls are also kept in our Google calendar. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Free tools

The readiness check, the AI tool finder, build or buy and the admin cost calculator run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us.

When you use the free AI plan, we send the website address you enter and any optional answers to our own system. It reads the public pages of that website, checks public records at Companies House and the website's public email settings, then writes the plan using AI from Anthropic. The plan is about the business and is built from public information. It is labelled as written by AI. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, what you enter is not used to train its models.

We keep each plan for 12 months so the same website can be answered quickly and so we can improve the tool. To prevent misuse, we apply daily limits using a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address. It is kept with our request logs for up to 90 days. We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: providing the tool you asked for and protecting it from misuse.

The free AI plan runs on our own system, hosted by Railway, with Anthropic providing the AI writing.

If you ask us to email your AI plan or your readiness report, we use your email address, your answers or plan and your name and company if given to send the report. We may follow up once about it. If you tick the box for updates, we may also send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We keep these details for up to 24 months. Our lawful basis for sending the report and following up once is legitimate interests. For updates it is your consent.

How long we keep it

If nothing comes of your enquiry, we delete your data within 12 months. If we work together, we keep records for 6 years after the engagement ends, in line with UK business requirements.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It is switched off by default and only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your cookie choice at any time. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so browsing the site doesn't share your IP address with third parties.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with our own simple statistics, which use no cookies. To count each visitor once a day, we combine your IP address and browser details and scramble them with a key that changes every day, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next. We only keep totals: pages viewed, where visitors came from and how the free tools are used. The scrambled values are deleted once the day is over. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, you are not counted. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in understanding how the site is used.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@logicroad.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
