Why on-site

The difference on-site makes

Virtual AI training tells people what's possible. On-site training shows them how to do it, with their own tools, in their own context, in a room where questions get answered in real time.

01
Built around your business
Before every session we learn how your team works: what tools they use, what their day looks like, where the friction is. The training is built around that, not a generic curriculum.
02
Hands-on with your tools
Your team practises with the tools they actually use: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word. Not sanitised demo environments. Real work, real context.
03
Behaviour change, not awareness
Awareness is knowing AI exists. Behaviour change is doing something differently on Monday morning. On-site training with role-specific examples is what creates the second, not the first.
Process

How an on-site
session works

1
Discovery questionnaire
Before we arrive, we send a short questionnaire to understand your team's roles, tools, and current AI usage. This shapes everything that follows.
2
On-site session
We come to your office. The session runs as a practical workshop: demonstrations using your actual tools, hands-on exercises, and live Q&A throughout. No slides-only delivery.
3
Written action plan
Within 48 hours of the session, every attendee receives a written action plan specific to what was covered, with clear next steps for their role. Not generic tips.
4
Post-session support
Depending on tier, you get 14 to 60 days of email support after the session. Questions answered, use cases developed, adoption monitored.
Who it's for

Sectors we work
with regularly

On-site AI training works for any business where teams use computers to do their work. These are the sectors we work with most often.

Recruitment agencies
Job descriptions, shortlisting, candidate emails, BD prep: the repetitive work that eats consultant time.
Accountancy practices
Month-end reports, client communications, Excel analysis, HMRC correspondence.
Marketing agencies
Briefs, campaign reports, client updates, content ideation, all high-volume, deadline-driven work.
Law firms
Document review, file notes, client letters, research summaries, with fee-earner time back where it counts.
HR consultancies
Policies, job descriptions, onboarding packs, interview question sets, all built faster.
Professional services
Any business with knowledge workers doing repetitive document and email work that AI handles well.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. Travel is included on all sessions at every tier, across the whole of the UK. There are no additional travel charges regardless of location.
What if our team doesn't have Microsoft 365?
We tailor every session to the tools your team actually uses. Microsoft 365 and Copilot are a focus for many sessions, but we work with Google Workspace, standalone AI tools, and other platforms depending on what your team has access to.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We typically book two to three weeks in advance, though we can often accommodate shorter lead times. Contact us to check availability.
What size team is on-site training right for?
On-site training works best for teams of 10 to 50 people. Smaller teams may be better served by a consulting engagement first. Larger organisations should contact us to discuss an Enterprise arrangement.
What do we need to provide on the day?
A meeting room or training space, laptops or devices for attendees (if the session includes hands-on exercises), and a projector or screen. We bring everything else.
Is there a free discovery call?
Yes, always. Before any engagement we run a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your business and make sure we're the right fit. No pitch, no commitment.
The reality

Why most AI fails,
and what changes it.

95%

of enterprise AI pilots fail to deliver measurable business impact, not because the technology doesn't work, but because it never gets embedded in how teams actually work.

MIT NANDA · The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business, 2025

That's an adoption gap, not a technology one. Closing it is what on-site training is built for, your team, your tools, in the room. Get it right and the return is real:
