Microsoft Copilot Training UK

Copilot training that actually gets used.

Most businesses with Microsoft 365 Copilot licences have one problem in common: the tools aren't being used. The licences were bought, access was turned on, and the team defaulted back to doing things the old way. We come on-site and fix that — with role-specific training built around how your people actually work.

Suggest meeting times and agendas
Microsoft Teams

Word

Summarise long documents
Rewrite and improve existing content
Ask questions about a document
Excel

The problem

Why most Copilot licences
go unused

Access does not create adoption. Here are the four reasons Copilot sits idle in most organisations — and what we do about each one.

No training at rollout
Licences were activated, an email went out, and people were expected to figure it out. Most didn't. Initial curiosity fades within a week without structured guidance.
No role-specific use cases
"You now have access to AI" is not a use case. People need to know what Copilot does for their specific job — not what it does in general.
Fear of getting it wrong
Without guidance on appropriate use and output quality, people avoid the tool entirely. The training needs to address the anxiety directly, not just the capability.
No visible leadership adoption
If senior people aren't using Copilot, it signals to everyone else that it isn't really expected. Culture follows leadership — always.
How it works

How a Copilot
training session works

1
Licence check
Before the session, we confirm which Copilot licences your team has, what's activated, and what's sitting unused. This shapes the session content and surfaces quick wins immediately.
2
Role mapping
We map your team's actual roles to the highest-value Copilot use cases for each one. A recruiter's session looks different from an accountant's — and it should.
3
On-site workshop
We come to your office and run a practical session — live demonstrations in the apps your team uses, hands-on exercises, real prompts for real tasks. No slides-only delivery.
4
Action plan and support
Within 48 hours, every attendee gets a written action plan specific to their role. Depending on tier, you also get 14–60 days of email support and follow-up.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we need to have Copilot licences already?
Yes — Microsoft 365 Copilot requires a Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, or E5 subscription plus a Copilot add-on licence. If you're not sure what you have, our licence check (included in Workshop tier and above) will clarify this before the session.
What's the difference between Copilot and ChatGPT?
Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside your existing apps — Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel — and has access to your business data within your Microsoft tenant. ChatGPT is a general-purpose tool that works in a browser and doesn't have context about your business. Both are useful, but they're designed for different things. Our training covers both where relevant.
Is our data safe when using Copilot?
Yes. Microsoft 365 Copilot processes data within your Microsoft tenant and complies with your existing Microsoft data governance policies. Your data is not used to train Microsoft's AI models. We cover data governance and appropriate use in every session.
We already had a Microsoft Copilot demo from our reseller. Is this different?
Significantly. A vendor demo shows you what's possible in a generic context. Our training is built around your team's actual roles and workflows — which is the difference between knowing Copilot exists and knowing how to use it every day.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. Travel is included on all sessions at every tier across the whole of the UK.
